"I ordered a veggie sandwich with cheese, but it arrived with mayo only and no cheese. I also received a regular Pepsi instead of a Diet Pepsi.
I called the store just to let them know (so it doesn’t happen to someone else), and the employee I spoke with, Lorena, was not nice at all. She was dismissive and insisted the order was made correctly instead of checking or acknowledging the mistake.
When she gave me attitude, I asked to speak with a manager, and she told me no and said the manager “doesn’t want to be bothered,” which was really unprofessional.
I explained that I don’t drive, so it’s not easy for me to come back and fix issues—especially when ordering through delivery apps. These orders are expensive, and accuracy matters. A little more care with orders and better customer service would go a long way."
