Every so often I get undercooked rice. Not enough to complain and ask for a new order or a refund. Just enough to annoy me. NOBODY likes crunchy rice. Listen, I understand the restaurant business is always a time crunch. However, I think I speak for most of your clients when I say cook your chaufa a few more minutes lol
