Even after delivery they still had a light golden crunch on the outside with a soft, creamy interior and perfectly balanced seasoning. Somehow they managed to be both comforting and craveable. I caught myself reaching for “just one more” about five times. Consider me converted. I ordered the shrimp, avocado, and feta omelette, and the filling ratio was spot-on. I was honestly expecting the usual “where’s the shrimp?” scavenger hunt, but there were plenty of them—tender and well-cooked. The avocado was fresh and buttery, and the feta added that bright, salty pop that ties everything together. And the bacon? Thick-cut, hearty, and high quality. I personally like mine a touch crispier, but the flavor was fantastic and it held up surprisingly well for delivery (which isn’t always easy to control on the restaurant’s end). Overall this was a thoughtfully prepared brunch that traveled well, which is no small feat. Everything tasted fresh, balanced, and made with care.
