"I'm glad I only ordered the side salad. It was packed full of all the toppings I requested. I worry that if any other toppings were chosen, there wouldn't have been more than a few pieces of spinach or mixed greens. This is an item I will order again. Driver explained that she needed to ask for a bag, and when she asked the person behind the counter if napkins or anything were included, she was told, "I don't know." Thankfully, I have napkins and utensils at home."
