There was hardly any fat at all in any of the meats, everything was hot and it was delivered so quickly, I was skeptical until I tasted it.
The carnitas was the absolute shining star.
I'm a carnitas connoisseur and this carnitas was almost exactly like what I got in CA....crispy bits but not overcooked to be stringy or tough, melt in your mouth flavor without drowning in grease, perfect amount of onions and cilantro, and the red salsa was actually SALSA with flavor and heat and spice and wasn't the watery tomato paste type stuff I've gotten from all the different Tex Mex places here.
