Moreover, the food was quite bland. I hope it was just an off day because this used to be one of my favorites in Houston. "Calling it hibachi is misleading when it's not cut like hibachi. It looks more like cheesesteak meat than hibachi. They give you 3 options for protein chicken and $3 extra if you want shrimp and steak. Now I wasn't expecting a plate full of shrimp but 4 shrimp was a little disappointing especially considering the amount of that steak meat. For $40 I expected more. The vegetables were heavy on the onions and not balanced to the other vegetables. The steak was too salty which made eating it difficult. The shrimp was perfectly seasoned and the rice was overcooked. The yum yum sauce was delicious. I won't order from them again. The food was still warm when it arrived."
