I moved to GA where they had a local bean roaster that sold all the beans to the local stores. I went to work for a coffee shop across from the hospital where your coffee better be made right and taste good! I learned about the temps of my machine, pressure of my tamp etc.. I knew what each beans flavors were and had cuppings with coworkers often. I have never been able to get such good coffee as I have from OR and then again from GA, until now. But, It's a $20 plate. Give us some damn lime <3 or change your photo."
