"Terrible Experience with Miami Grill. Got the Cheese Steak with fries a coke and key lime pie. The Cheese Steak tasted fine, but was tiny. Literally 2 maybe 3 bites and that's it. For 10$ that seems a bit small of a portion size for a fast food place like this The seasoned fries were soggy and cold. Literally still wet with cold oil. Tasted as if they came out of a microwave. The key lime pie is the worst I have ever had. Taste like licking an ash tray. If this is made in house, the person making it must had been smoking. I could smell the smoke from it as I opened the container. If its not made there (Which I doubt it is) someone must had been smoking around the containers or something. I can verify the door dasher that delivered the food did not smell like smoke. Very disappointed and will never go back."

I also ordered a House Salad Large. The presentation was awful. The Dasher handed me a soggy greasy brown bag. I almost screamed for him to take it back. I was concerned that the grease was from the wings and fries. I took the bag to my kitchen counter and it became greasy. I took the contents from the bag. I opened the container with the wings and fries and they were neatly in the container with no grease. The wings were a little dry but they were delicious! The fries were also good (could have been a little crisper). The salad, with the ranch dressing was excellent. Bottom line, the food is good but they have to do something about the greasy bags.
