"I ordered carne salada burritos for myself and my coworker. The burritos were listed as including carne asada, rice, beans and pico de gallo per their own posting. We both asked for the rice to be put on the side. I received a message that the burritos do not come with rice and beans, it only comes with the meat, pico de gallo and guacamole. They immediately ended the chat and would let not respond and send them a message back showing the posting of what was ordered. I was charged $42 for 2 burritos that were not at all what was posted and offered, nor what we ordered. Extremely dissapointing. What we got was not worth, what we were charged."

I actually tried them because of the commercial - it worked. the Chili sauce itself was good but the dumplings were subpar, not worth a dollar a pop. the Half-Ocado was only partially ripe, as in partially edible as half the dang thing was too firm, and at 3 bucks that was disappointing. the Dragon Fruit Mango Lemonade didn't taste like dragon fruit, mango, or lemonade. it tasted almost like a tropical punch, which could've been good if it wasn't watered down. and for 6 bucks that sorta offended me. 😂 the Chewy Marshmallow Bar and Thai Tea were the highlights. very good. but not enough to redeem the food. Because of this lack of basic customer service and organization, my delivery was unnecessarily delayed. The issue was not the driver. She communicated clearly, advocated for the order, and did everything she could. The delay was entirely due to the restaurant prioritizing dine in customers while neglecting delivery orders that were already ready. This kind of service reflects poorly on the business. If a restaurant chooses to accept delivery orders, they should treat them with the same urgency and respect as in person customers.
