"Though it had been a while since we have order from Vans due to the disappointing customer service we were provded on several occasions we decided to give them another try because, frankly, they one of the few Italian restaurants around that has great tasting food. Our return began with a necessary phone call to modify the DoorDash order. The manager personally ensured my order was prepared exactly to my liking, and the quality of my roastbeef sub was beyond expectation. The service was just as impressive a few days later when I called again for a dinner order made through Doordash due to my wife still being in the hospital. The person who answered the phone was not only attentive to my modifications but also incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful. It appears the management and staff at Vans has stepped up their game making where this establishment does only provide great food that will satisfy your taste buds, but makes you feel as if they appreciate your business."
