Trying to be healthier and all that and this was by far the best salad that I have ever had. the portion was good which is something a lot of salads seem to struggle with I ate this and I am now full not bursting not still hungry but comfortable. The berry aspect wasn't under sold the berries were plentiful and fresh and I have never seen a blueberry that large. The berries were not an afterthought like other salads. The balsamic vinaigrette was perfect for the salad and didn't overwhelm any other ingredient like can often be the case with certain vinaigrettes. It actually complemented both the berries and the chicken making them better. I wish every salad could be as good as this one. Everything included is delicious but my eggs were overcooked. I do wish it had a little more pork chop. I'd never had Bicol Express before, but boy am I glad I tried it! Its quite flavorful and the pork is soft. Despite the visible peppers, its not really spicy. The Buko Pandan is also a favorite, something I can't normally get at home."
