The Honey Garlic Chicken is always evenly sauced and is delicious over the lo mein or golden rice. The Crab Rangoon (5 Pieces) always is crispy and I have never received one burnt from filling overflow. Steamed Lava Egg Yolk Bun (2 Pieces) is an interesting item. Inside is a creamy texture that has some sweetness to it. The bun is always nicely steamed and a firm little pillow. Whether you are picky about eggy flavors (like me) or just curious, it's worth trying at least once. They are pretty dang good, in my opinion. I have ordered multiple times and tried a number of things. Never had a bad meal. BUT... I haven't seen the scallion pancakes on the dash menu when I order lately. Loved them. :("

The next time we ordered was around 7:30 PM the following week, but it was not nearly as fresh as it was during lunch.
