Wish they were crispier but that's just due to delivery, I'm sure they were perfect when they were made. The 蝦仁撈麵 / Shrimp Lo Mein is a great portion for the price and the noodles and shrimp were cooked well. Wish I could have ordered no mushrooms but they were easy enough to pick out!
