"The food is usually pretty good, and normally I don't write reviews, but I have been having a specific issue since ordering from this store. I get a Build Me Up Burger almost every time. The whole point is to customize the burger, yet I am missing the sauce about 50% of the time. Without it, it is just a plain, dry burger. Rarely, they put an ingredient on there that I requested they leave off, or they didn't add something else I asked for, but nothing like the amount of times I don't get the sauce. The sauce is the only reason I even get this specific meal! I could order from cheaper places to get a comperable or even burger, but I order from here for the sauce. Additionally, this time, my Barq's® Root Beer (sealed) wasn't all the way filled. It was missing about an inch of soda from the top. That was on top of the missing sauce. This order was clearly not quality controlled before given to the driver. The wait times for this place are already long, and the driver is always waiting about 10 minutes before they are able to pick up the order, so it's really a shame that these things slipped through the cracks."

"Just tried the Rib Over Rice Noodles and it was amazing even though they forgotthe rice noodles and just added rice the ribs came with pieces of pumpkin that were sweet and just the best. I also tried the Singapore Style Rice Noodle everyone had been hyping up and it was worth the hype just that dish was enough to feed a family and super tasty. The Stuffed Tofu was delicious it has meat at the bottom of each piece. The Mapo Tofu was huge and flavorful full of meat and saucyness. Only thing that I was upset about was the Salt & Peppers Silver Fish it wasnt silverfish it was a different fish."

"It's nice to see a Chinese restaurant that puts so many actual Chinese dishes on the English menu. Excited to try many more new dishes in the future. The beef chow fun was A+. Stir-Fried Sticky Rice was like a nutty rice risotto, really good and interesting. Peking Pork Chops were basically sweet and sour pork, fine. We had some dim sum style dishes that we had never seen before, all tasty. Strong showing"

"Kid's Spaghetti what the heck is that?! It actually pissed me off. I got the kids option because the reg option includes salad and garlic rolls which i didnt want. Considering the fact that the container for the "kids" spaghetti is the same size as the regular one, youd think the portions would be the same. But NO, i kid you not, it looked like they made the regular one and then took some of it out. Mind you, it's STILL ALMOST $10 for what is already not that big of a portion. Im eating it right now but the more I keep looking at it the more upset I get. I feel cheated, im so angry. "
