"This was a complete waste of money. The kids sandwiches were cheap white bread with, what looked like kraft-individually-wrapped cheese slices. Even had that plastic-like shine to it. I ended up putting mayo on them and grilling them to give them some flavor. The $17 Ciabatta Cheesesteak was mostly bread with very little meat. The Salad was mostly leafs with barely any toppings. The Bacon Mac & Cheese was mostly noodle with barely any bacon on it. The baguettes were just tossed into the bag, not wrapped or anything. I spent $85 to feed the family and we ate mostly bread. I will no longer be a customer of Panera bread after that. The food wasn't even good."

"I had a hard time deciding on what to order with so many options that sounded good, but ended up going with the Ultimate Veggie Salad . It was great! I wavered on spending $20 on a meatless salad, but when I say it's packed, the box is packed FULL. I also requested a few changes to the veggies included which were followed perfectly. I will say, for the amount of salad that you get, you're only given a 2oz cup of dressing, which wasn't enough for me. They do provide the option of purchasing more separately, so I will do so next time, but wanted to call that out for others. suggestions for the vendor; 1- a slightly bigger box for the salad. like I said the amount of salad you get justifies the price, but I couldn't mix it without things popping out of the box. 2-adding the option to choose your salad mix. I prefer iceberg, which the salad description noted, however mine was all spring mix. All in all my order was great and I would definitely recommend ♥️"

It's smaller than a childs size fries and McD's And they were too salty to eat... and I like salty fires. you have to get doubles with thr Western Burger because the patties are so thin they get overwhelmed by the bun. "Was a little leery to order after reading the reviews, but love the food in person, so decided to risk it. Chicken Fried Steak Omelette was awesome and stuffed. Saw a review that said their gravy was skimpy, but I received a quite large side container, it was perfect to be able to add as I ate. The Cubs Scrambler was great as well. I did make the mistake of ordering country potatoes not realizing they came mixed with bell peppers and onion, but that's on me. My delivery came on time, hot, with everything correct and cutlery and Add Condiments included. If you're on the fence due to the reviews, I'd say risk it, the food is great 👍"

"There was only a splash of gravy on my omelet, it was so dry, the toast was not even toasted, not even brown and the hash browns were burnt! The salad was fine. For over three bucks the corn muffin was tiny, I've had blueberry muffins and such twice this size! I will not order from here again, as this is not the first bad experience I've had with Black Bear. We live fairly close and go in to dine and have not evern had an issue, too bad they don't do the same for their delivery patrons. I will not be going back, ever. If I could I would give it a negative review."
