I did give 4 stars since- 1. ketchup 2-3 packets were missing ( none provided ) which would have gone really well with the taste, 2. and I did request to make it wheat bread if possible but I think it came as white bread only. 3.- It could also have some more onions/cucumber? maybe 4.- and all breads could be grilled othewise they do seem chewy and doughy and big breads that's why I gave 4 stars or else it is a very close contender for 4.5! :) "
