"I don't have any photos because we ate it too fast before I realized i loved it so much I wanted to take photos. We INHALED this meal. The brisket was moist and fatty, the pulled pork was smoky and flavorful. We forgot to use the BBQ sauce. Totally forgot it existed. The collards were amazing. Salty, umami, rich, and delightful. I've left the best two for last. The Mac and cheese was unreal. The sounds we made shouldnt be allowed on public tv. It had a slight kick and was the perfect consistency. We regret not ordering the quart. If you're on the fence? Order the quart. The beans. Here's the thing: I hate baked beans. I dont eat them. They're my partner's thing, not mine. I always say no to them. They're gross and too sweet and yuck... or so I thought. I DO like pinto beans. In a moment of experimentation, I said Yes when offered a forkful. As gor the cucumber salad, every time we order it we get different amounts of cucumbers, either a whole lot, filling the bowl it comes in or, like tonight, we received a single layer of 5-6 cucumbers.
