"My family and I like the brunch box from Einstein Bagels, but it lists the bagels it's supposed to come with. You don't have any option to change which is fine except that when they are out they send you whatever they want without asking. My family prefers sweet bagels and today's box they substituted the sweet bagels with savory ones without asking us. It's extremely disappointing. I wish they would have contacted us because now we have a bunch of bagels no one will eat. They really need to allow their customers a note option so we can at a minimum tell them what they can substitute. I'm very unhappy with today's substitutions."
