The kick in the Jerk Salmon would open your senses but it was delicious. However, today I ordered the Cajun salmon with rice and peas and cabbage and I was very disappointed. And the cabbage appeared to be the shredded blend you buy in the supermarket compared to being the freshly cut vegetable blend they use to sell. My salmon was hard and dry. The Salmon platters have always been a little pricey but the authentic spicy flavors, the tender texture of the salmon and the freshly cut vegetable blends made it well worth it.
