"The creme bruleewas excellent. The star of the meal. Woud go there just for that. Perfect butnon the sugar and the custard was delicate and delicious. The choped wedge was good. Strangely, the steak was the weakest part of the meal. I ordered medium rare and **part** of it was medium rare, but most of it was medium/medium well (and yes, I am **very** clear on my steak temperatures). It was also surprisingly dry. My previous experience of butcher's cut is that it has more marbling and flavor than center cut (which can be more tender, but I think the trade off is fair). I don't think I would buy a steak there again. To my mind, if you can't get a butcher's cut sirloin right, I am no trusting you with something higher up the scale. Might have been just a bad night, but I am not eager to try again for that price."
