The string beans were$27 and they only filled one if their small containers halfway. The noodle portion was ok as it filled the box (athough i think this used to come in a larger box) but th beef brisket was $40 and also only filled about 3/4 of a large container. Worse still, when we started eating it, it was half fat (I'm sure they will say it is tendon but we've had this in store and the whole point of the expense is that it's usually all beef brisket, not 3 small pieces and then 4 or fat/tendon. Unfortunately, it seems Yum Cha cuisine is just another restaurant that has shrunk portion sizes whilst simultaneously hiking prices.
