I called the restaurant and they offered to send me something else, and were apologetic. I asked for a cheese, guacamole and sour cream quesadilla (which of course cost less than what I paid for, but I just wanted to eat). Unfortunately, after about another 40 mins I got a cold, gluey, just cheese quesadilla. Really disappointing and though they did offer to remedy it, I wound up throwing out two dishes at this point and not eating.
