This mostly happens with the Thai Spicy Fried Rice. At one point they mentioned the way the ticket prints on their end is unclear but they also never reach out to clarify. I'm not sure what I have ended up getting (this time it is a spicy chicken dish with a side of white rice and another time it was a soupy curry like dish) but it has been pretty good, although a little spicy for me. The Spicy Fried Noodles with pork are also crazy good."
