Fortunately, they followed the instructions I left with them and everything was perfect! I ordered the Burrito Chipotle (this was the 2nd time I had ordered this from El Mirador. The first time I ordered it (while dinning at the restaurant with family), it was way too spicy for me due to the Chipotle sauce they put on top of the burrito. They took the Burrito back and made a new one the exact same, but instead of putting the Chipotle sauce on top, they covered the top of the Burrito with some kind of white cheese (it was melted over the top). It was extremely good and I was grateful they did that for me. NOTE: Please view the attached pictures to see the melted cheese on top. Anyway, when I decided to order it again, this time through Door Dash, I was nervous they weren't going to get my special instructions. Having said that, my Burrito was perfect!They did just what I asked and believe it or not, I sat in my home and ate the entire burrito (which is huge). 😁 It's great to know that El Mirador's food is consistently good whether you eat at the restaurant or order some of their food via Doordash.
