"I generally love the NY Deli and generally rate 5 stars. I have deducted two stars today for the reasons as follow: There were onion rings in this order. They were $5.50. It was an extremely small order for that price and the onion rings were significantly undercooked. The batter was soft and the onion portion was not thoroughly heated. I have also deducted a point because of the continuing use of plastic clamshell packaging. Many restaurants have updated to more environmentally friendly packaging. The wieners and beans were good, though a little overpriced for what they were - two wieners and a not generous amount of beans. I still enjoyed my meal and will order from the NY Deli again. However, The New Yorker can (and has in the past) done better. "
