"We saw a video review of this place on TT and had to try - AMAZING. We were loyal customers of another very popular York Thai place - emphasis on 'were' because we just found our new favorite spot. The drunken noodles were savory but had fresh veggies that kept it from being too rich. The chive cakes and curry puffs were still crispy and hot upon delivery - phenomenal flavor. The pad thai was level 2 spice and had a great heat without being over the top. Will be ordering again and excited to have our friends as family try with us!"

Incredibly well cooked! You could not handle this chicken without it falling apart! The sauce is mild, it's not hot or VERY flavorful. But, this is the safe approach and i wont judge them for it. Sweet Plantains as a side are expensive. $5 for six pieces(pictured). However, they were sweet/ripe and well cooked! SERVICE was extremely slow and lacked any attention to detail- I was called by the driver to inquire on what sides i wanted. The DD app doesnt allow you to choose the entree without choosing both sides! The driver also pointed out they didn't start my order til she arrived to the restaurant and inquired on it. Driver also mentioned a 30+ minute wait is a regular experience here. For context: my order was scheduled by 8am and acknowledged by the restaurant by 3pm. My driver had not arrived til nearly 4pm. I see little excuse here. I want to give them a 3 star review. But, food is the priority here and they did that well. "

I've been trying to find a Butter Chicken with a true creamy butter red gravy and this one delivers. The other restaurants in York make a thick chunky brown variation that is just not what I like. Lamb Kadai was "fire" and very flavorful according to my husband. I love that they offer a kids menu, my son really liked the shrimp Kids Hakka Noodles.
