"I ordered from Vinny’s Pizza and Pasta and was really disappointed. I originally chose the tortellini pasta with pesto sauce and chicken, but they were out of tortellini. Instead of contacting me to see if I wanted a different option or offering a refund, they just substituted it with fettuccine noodles without asking. Unfortunately, the pasta I received was bland, and the chicken was extremely dry and nearly inedible. I also ordered a cheese pizza, which lacked flavor and tasted very plain. The only highlight of the meal was the garlic bread that came with the pasta — it was the most flavorful item in the entire order. Honestly, if they added whatever seasoning or garlic flavor they use on the bread to the pizza, it might actually taste like something. Overall, not a great experience, especially for the price. I expected better communication and quality."
