Usually it's hard to find ramen featuring chicken that doesn't just taste like chicken noodle soup. The eggs especially were firm but also melt in your mouth and have a subtle sweetness to them that contrasts well with the ramen broth. And the Extra Shrimp Tempura was just as tasty and satisfying.
