Charcoal Rotisserie Chicken. Fresh chicken is marinated daily with Nelly’s special blend of herbs and spices before being slow-roasted over charcoal in Nelly’s signature rotisserie. Slow charcoal cooking allows seasonings and flavors to penetrate the meat while imparting a mild, smoky flavor. Choice of Nelly’s original charcoal-rotisserie chicken or Nelly’s unique, crispy-fried rotisserie chicken. All dinners include choice of two sides.
Nelly’s wings are marinated in the same salsa as our famous rotisserie chicken, and then deep-fried and served naked, or tossed in one of our homemade salsas. Mmmmmm.
