All steaks are served with baked potato or homestyle fries and a dinner salad. All our steaks are USDA choice or better, seasoned to perfection, and full of flavor, you won't need steak sauce.

All baskets are served with riscky's own barbeque sauce, a Texas size slice of onion, polish pickle, jalapeño pepper and your choice of homemade potato salad, fresh coleslaw, seasoned red beans or home style French fries (cheddar cheese may be substituted for swiss cheese). Substitute Texas fries, baked potato, dinner salad, or fried.
All tacos served with grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro on homemade flour tortilla with side of beans and your choice of salsa or chipotle ranch.
Your choice of dressing: ranch, honey mustard, walnut raspberry vinaigrette, lite olive oil balsamic vinaigrette, blue cheese, catalina, Thousand island, chipotle ranch, or our house vinaigrette.
