Our family's specialty.. Hanoi beef noodle soup, served in a bowl with your choice of beef, atop thin white rice-noodles, with a side of fresh basil, cilantro, bean sprouts, jalapenos and lime. We used to be phở quyền noodle houses in Sunnyvale and san Jose, and are known for our broth.

Made with a special lean and tasty chicken broth.

Our delicious combination noodle soups in a light seafood and chicken-based stock, with white rice-noodle (bánh phở), clear rice-noodle (hủ tiếu dai), or yellow egg-noodle (mi).

With deliciously marinated grilled, or sauteed meats.

Fresh noodles atop a bed of lettuce, cucumbers, mint, pickled carrots, daikon and peanuts. Comes with a side of nước chăm : blended sweet fish-sauce made with garlic, lime juice, sugar. Choose one of our deliciously marinated grilled meats. Or have it with fried tofu.

Thin round yellow egg-noodles, wok stir-fried in our special sauce. Can be ordered soft or crispy.

A fine, thinner vermicelli noodle that is steamed into small slices, so that traditionally it can be wrapped in the included lettuce leaves along with cucumbers, mint, cilantro, pickled carrots and daikon, and dipped in nước chåm. Or you can simply eat it right from the plate. Your choice of meats.
