All meats smoked on-site with our love and special rubs and sauces! We have 4 current sauces but will be adding others (Sweet, Gold Tang, Honey BBQ, and Smokey Q) Barbeque in a Bag is all vacuum sealed and frozen. Just throw in simmering water and you will have yummy barbeque...and no mess.
