Our famous vietnamese noodle soups are served in beef broth that has been slowly simmered to perfection with a variety of different beef cuts and beef bones. Soups are served with a plate of bean sprouts, basil, lime, and jalapenos. Add meatballs or vegetable medley (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, and napa cabbage) to any soup for an additional cost. For to go orders with rare steak, do not consume raw meat. Cook meat with hot soup!
