Eggs are served scrambled unless requested otherwise. Served with potatoes O'Brien and choice of white, wheat, or sourdough toast. Substitute sliced tomatoes or sautéed spinach for potatoes - one each. Substitute egg whites (two).

Our three-eggs omelets are stuffed with monterey jack, and cheddar cheese, in addition to the ingredients listed. Served with potatoes and choice of white, wheat, or sourdough toast.
