Im pretty picky with my meat, and I really enjoyed that the chicken was shredded and soooooo juicy rather than cubed and huge chunks of meat. I like that they put bell peppers and onions with beans in this chimichanga because most places I've been to only offer chicken and beans with maybe rice inside of the chimichanga, but that's it. This made it more fajita-like and it was literally dripping juices/flavor once cut open.
