"Usually, the food from here is amazing. However, today the fries were so either overcooked or old that they were literally an edible. They were so hard and chewy that none of us can eat them.
Additionally, the pork was incredibly fatty. Like literally a measuring cup full of fat. It was pretty gross.
Let me be clear that usually the places were really amazing, the food is typically high-quality. And unlike most places, they consistently remember to put in the side items and sauces.

The salad no bacon, had only a few tomatoes, and the portion size seemed significantly smaller than expected. Additionally, there were no onions included, despite being listed as part of the standard ingredients for a Cobb salad.

"Great quality burger however for being an almost $20 gourmet burger the amount of fries they give is absurd. This is EVERY TIME and the manager Josh is as rude as they come. He should not be in customer service. He is combative and aggressive and detours customers. Management should truly look into that. I wouldn't let him manage any business of mine if he offered to do it for free. I am a repeat customer and ordered here many times and as much as Iike the quality of the burger if there is an issue he does not like if you point it out. For example I like my burgers medium and they constanly cook them well done. They also fail to use common sense on to go orders sending no ketchup with a burger and fries and putting the lettuce on the burger so its wilted and soggy by the time you receive it. Take my word for it and take your money across the street to Brooks Burgers. "
