"See, THIS is a fantastic example of restaurants that get swept under the rug by bigger chains. I order fast food and other junk all the time (we all have our vices, eh?), but today, I was feeling pretty sick. It arrived promptly, and every part of it was better than the last. The chicken was moist and flavorful, and the peppers and onions paired so well. I dunno what the spice palate was for this, but it WORKED.
I also highly suggest ordering the yellow rice over the white every time. It was tender, it was easy on a sore throat, and I feel SO much better following it.
The flan wasn't bad, either! I'm not usually a big fan because it usually comes to me grainy and slightly overcooked, and it was a bit too grainy for me this time, too, but prepared very nicely.
