We ordered the 555 Vegetable Biryani, but it was overwhelmingly dominated by a yogurt taste. The yogurt completely overpowered the dish, making it difficult to enjoy any of the other flavors that a biryani should have.
We also ordered the Mushroom Pepper Fry. Compared to the last time we had it, the quality was completely inconsistent. For a dish that costs around $20, the portion size was surprisingly small, almost like a fine-dining tasting portion. More importantly, the mushrooms tasted burnt and bitter, which made the dish quite unpleasant.
The Bullet Naan was another letdown. It was very dry and seemed to have little more than red chili powder sprinkled on top, lacking the flavor and texture we expected.
Overall, the food quality and consistency were far below our previous experience, and unfortunately we were very disappointed with this order."

"This is the first time I've ordered from this place on DoorDash. I've bought food from them a couple of times in person. The Baleada Sencilla / Simple Baleada was really good. It's perfect if you don't like a lot of stuff. The Tamalito de Elote Dulce / Little Sweet Corn Tamale was really good. I like the flavor and it was close to the ones in Honduras. Cenas de Platanitos Dulces / Sweet Plantain Dinner was also really good since I like Platano a lot. The only thing I didn't like about that one is the eggs. I think they were made with onions and I don't like the flavor of that. Just be aware if you don't like onions like me. Overall, the food was good and for all the things I order I think it was a really good price because usually I spent a lot of money and just two meals at other places."

"Beteseb is one of those rare restaurants that gets better every time you go. This was my second visit, and the combination beef and vegetarian platter was incredible from start to finish. The kitfo was my favorite, with the beets, tibs, and the wot close behind. The injera was perfect. Soft, tangy, and easily some of the best I have ever had.
The owner and chef are warm, friendly, and genuinely kind. The whole place feels like a family home where you are always welcome. It was a full house during my visit, and my dining partner and I were the only people speaking English. That is always the sign you are in the right spot for real, well-loved food.
