The Birria Grilled Cheese Sandwich had this layer of cheese encasing the entire thing that was so tough and brown that it looked like leather, I get what they were going for but there was no flavor to it sadly. The bread they used seemed too sweet and overbearing for the sandwich and the meat had little flavor. To be fair, the Birria Grilled Cheese Sandwich does look exactly like the pics on DoorDash (so not falsely advertised) so I won't be adding pictures of mine because I tore it apart trying to get to just the meat so I coulda actually eat something.
