"The Pad Thai was extremely disappointing. There were barely any noodles — it was mostly vegetables — and the flavor was very poor. It didn’t taste fresh or well-prepared.
I also received the wrong item. I ordered one thing and was given Shrimp Shumai instead, which was not good at all.
The Spicy Salmon Roll Roll was bland and lacked flavor, even with soy sauce. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not fresh. There was a noticeable smell that made it clear the fish had lost its freshness.
Also, there was some type of sauce that was leaking everywhere so thumbs down on the packaging as well.
I used to enjoy Cloud 9, but after this experience, I won’t be returning."

However, I did not get the smokey Wood-Fired "flavor" that I expect from a wood-fired cook. The dressing is rich which I liked, especially the parmesan cheese inside as I can't get enough cheese. It's a bit on the vinegar-y side, but once the chicken is added, it blends together perfectly."

The Greek salad was also missing the pepperoni that was supposed to come with it, and the cinnamon bread was dry and stale. Overall, the quality was poor and several items weren’t made as ordered. Definitely not worth the money, and I don’t plan on ordering from this location again."

I wondered why you couldn't get extra cheese as a topping, but after getting the pizza, I can see why. I suspect that the cheese pizzas are pre-made, and they just add your toppings. The result is the most expensive frozen pizza I have ever purchased. The crust never got crisp on the bottom, and it tasted like a frozen pizza crust. I paid almost two dollars per additional topping, and those were scant and unevenly distributed. It wasn't inedible, but it was clear that they don't make your pizza from scratch but charge you like they do. The Potato Skins were good, but the sour cream tasted off. Not a great experience with pizza from a place which has pizza as part of their business' name, honestly."
