It wasn't toasted enough kind of overpowered the shrimp. Eaten open faced it was fine. The Cup Gumbo was mixed as well. The shrimp and sausage in it were very good but the roux wasn't cooked the way I like it. It's a thin lighter colored broth as opposed to the almost muddy flavor/ color I prefer. the meats are fine.
