"I first went to this store in person around 3 years ago - it touts itself as the 'best pizza on Earth' so you know it's got to be a Dunning-Kruger effect when they say that. At least another store around the corner says 'Best in Dandenong' which is true to me. 'best on Earth'... is taking it too far, to the point of a joke. You think your pizza in the best on Earth?? Just ego or bad marketing. Anyway, I actually really did enjoy the pizza 3 years ago. Fairly fluffy, tasty ingredients, thick enough base and good value. While the price is still reasonable, the taste has changed. The past two times I've tried the pizza it's been tasteless/bland, the base isn't thick or fluffy like it used to be, and it's not as well cooked either. Guessing the ingredients went down in quality over the years. Known as 'Paradise Pizza' in store / the actual name for it."

I thought there was no sausage on the P7 -. Mega Meat Lovers (Mix) (Large) but it was just a very small amount. The marinated lamb I got on it extra is very tasty too. As always I am sad that so many places are halal now and don't include ham or bacon, but the quality of the included ingredients somewhat makes up for that lacking aspect. The dough is quite tasty for a thin base too, a nice amount of salt and I think I can taste a mild amount of herbs which I enjoy. Add a deep pan / thick base option and I would be very happy with some more risen dough."

"We bought from JB many times and always enjoyed the pizzas. Nice fresh and on time deliveries. We also got the BBQ Ribs previously and enjoyed those until the new owners came in and made changes.
Now you get pitta bread as a thin crisp for your * thin base pizza* and the family BBQ ribs comes in 2 small sizes (14 ribs in total) worst place ever. You get ripped off here. When I rang after my order was deliverer I spoke to the "Manager' in charge and he was the rudest person I have ever come across. Avoid this Pizza place if you can."

"Must have changed hands in the last few years as they used to be awesom. We had an Aussie pizza and a chicken and avocado pizza. There was no sauce on the base, the ingredients were sub-par and we almost choked on the dryness of it all.
The chicken and avocado pizza had chicken so processed it was almost dry paste and reminded me of cheap cat food and the avocado was cut tny and sparse.They were gagginly dry to eat and we ended up throwing 50 bucks worth of pizza in the bin.
Overpriced garbage. I wouldn't eat from here again even if it was free or they paid me to eat it. I have eaten a lot of pizza in my 54 years and this is the worst!"

The Johnny doesn't show up in the half and half special so I asked for a half and half in the order notes and they did it. Awesome service! Only thing could be improved slightly is if they did a proper deep pan pizza. The dough and crust is wonderful but the middle is a bit too thin for my liking - I love a deep pan base. But the crust is fluffy and the traditional is decent. But if you ever decide to do deep pans, that would make it 100% perfect. I've been coming here for years and it's the best out of the franchise stores. They are all good but this one is just that little bit extra special. Maximum love to Johnny Boys"

"Sadly I have to give only 2 stars, due to quality issues. Firstly the good - the dough is very nice, the ingredients are tasty, it was cooked well done. I also asked for extra oregano and chilli and made an order note asking for extra spicy / extra chilli, which they did do, so that is very nice. I do appreciate the order note being attended to. If there weren't any issues I would have been very happy with this pizza, however the negative points outweight the positive. I ordered a Super Supreme with extra chicken - $3 for the extra and there are just a few crumbs of crumbled chicken on it - I had to go fishing around under the cheese to find any at all. I would be horrified if I ordered one of their chicken pizzas and that is how it came. Also, the pizza didn't look anything like the picture - while I am happy there is cheese on it (which there isn't on the picture), the prawns were small, not the jumbo ones shown here. There's also barely any capsicum compared to the picture. And lastly and most importantly, I paid for a large pizza, but received a medium 12" pizza in a medium box. So I essentially wasted $10 on the $7 large pizza upgrade cost along with the $3 extra chicken cost. If these issues were resolved, Fizza Hut would be a regular purchase for me and I would recommend to friends and family, but after this initial experience, I can't say I would be coming back. Also I thought the name was funny at first, but looking past the Pizza Hut reference, they actually make good pizza. It's just a real pity it's got issues like smaller sizes being sent as 'large' and small amounts of ingredients. I feel bad giving this order only 2 stars because the pizza itself is quite nice, but the value proposition and lack of extra topping (as well as not coming as advertised in the photo) lets down this experience."
