The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is that they never really follow directions/customizations. If they took more time to get orders right, it would be a definite five star. The top layer is crust made from a semolina flour based dough, under the delicious crunchy crust, there is a layer or decadent melted sweet white cheese. The Knafeh is sweetened with a light simple syrup and topped with lots of chopped pistachios.

Recommended reheating instructions:
