"Veg. Jhol Momo (8 Pieces) , Paneer Tikka Masala, and Vegetable Korma (Contains Dairy/nuts) were very tasty. Veg. Biryani was reason I ordered from this restaurant and it did not disappoint. Has a little kick. When I order again I'd get an extra side of raita. The side that came with the rice was quite small. "
"Lamb chops were completely pink on the inside and tasted raw. I had to spit it out immediately. It was also very chewy. And portion sizes were very small given the price (about $28 but portions were worth maybe $17-18; even that may be generous).
I will not be ordering from here again."

"Butter Chicken chicken with Garlic Naan is my all time favorite from this place. It’s addicting. Creamy, spicy, warm. Sometimes I order it up to 3 times a week because I just can’t stop thinking about it. Best meal after a long day of work. 10/10 recommend. "
"The Lamb Korma continues to shine. And the Lamb Biriyani made a nice complement to the Korma (we did a bit of mixing and matching between the two entrees). Mango Lassis and Naan breads consistently excellent. Service is always cheerful and prompt. A real "gem" amongst the many undiscovered one-off restaurants in El Cerrito."

"I recently tried the Chicken Momo lapping and Khana set at 4 Dreams Nepal I & Indian Cuisine, and it was a great experience overall.
The Chicken Momo lapping was the highlight. The momos were soft, juicy, and well stuffed with flavorful minced chicken. The “lapping” style, covered in a rich, slightly spicy sesame based sauce, added a creamy and tangy kick that made the dish stand out. The sauce was balanced not too spicy, but enough to give a nice warmth. The portion size was generous and perfect for sharing, although I could easily finish it myself because it was that good.
The Khana set felt like a complete and comforting meal. It came with rice, dal, vegetable curry, chicken curry, achar, and salad. The rice was fresh and fluffy. The dal was simple yet comforting, with a homestyle Nepali flavor. The chicken curry was tender and well cooked, with spices blended nicely without being overpowering. The achar added the perfect spicy and tangy contrast to the meal. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, just like traditional Nepali home cooking.
The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Overall, I would definitely recommend 4 Dreams Nepal I & Indian Cuisine for anyone craving authentic Nepali and Indian food, especially their Chicken Momo lapping and Khana set. I will definitely be going back again."
"The Dahl Tadka tasted like thickened grease fat from the bottom of the pan, like you would use to make buskits and gravy. It had no flavor other than fat and salt. I ordered two in hopes that it would be great, but couldn't eat either of them.
I have never had such an experience with any Indian Dahl dish before .
The soup was very tasty and the broth flavorful. I hoped to have it mild as I was recovering from surgery and was supposed to avoid spicy food. I'll order the soup again when I'm feeling better"

"I recently tried the Chicken Momo and Malai Kofta, which were delicious! The Chicken Momo was packed with flavorful, juicy chicken filling and perfectly seasoned, and the dumpling wrappers had just the right texture—soft with a light chew. The accompanying dipping sauce was a tangy delight, complementing the momos beautifully.
On the other hand, the Malai Kofta was rich and creamy, with soft, melt-in-your-mouth koftas that absorbed the aromatic gravy to perfection. The sauce was luscious, balanced with mild spices and sweetness, making every bite comforting and indulgent.
Both dishes were well-prepared and presented; the flavors left a lasting impression. I highly recommend trying these for a satisfying meal"

"This was the blandest Indian food I've ever had and was not cheap.
I was excited when I opened the naan, as it was hot, soft, and apparently fresh, but that's where my happiness ended.
The palak paneer was super watery and slid right off the naan, and the tandoori chicken was woefully underseasoned, though I will say it was juicy and otherwise prepared well.

"Absolutely loved this place! It’s family-owned and you can taste the love and care in every bite. The food was incredibly fresh, and the flavors—just wow. The chicken came with a spicy sauce that was an absolute explosion of flavor, the kind that lingers in the best way. The naan was perfectly soft and buttery, great for scooping up all the extra sauce from the generous Chicken Tikka Masala, which was rich, creamy, and easily enough to satisfy two people. This is the kind of spot that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommend! Even spoke with owners daughter to share how amazing it was! Thank you! "

"The amount of food I got, for the price I paid? Almost feels like a steal! The food was delicious! Ive never had chicken biryani before and i loved it! The garlic cheese naan was great too although I personally would have preferred touch bit more cheese. Either way I wasn't actually able to finish my food but that's ok since now I have lunch for tomorrow too! :) I will definitely be ordering from here again!! "
"I originally ordered Chicken Chowmein and it was automatically replaced with Chi Momo 10 Pcscken . They called to confirm if I wanted momo but I asked for biryani instead! "A True Taste of India - Absolutely Outstanding! 5-STARS
If you're looking for an authentic Indian dining experience, look no further than Noor! From the moment you step in, the warm and inviting ambiance, combined with the aroma of rich spices, transports you straight to India.
The food was exceptional! The dishes were velvety and bursting with mouthwatering flavors. The biryani was fragrant and perfectly spiced, the decadent desserts had just the right amount of sweetness, and the presentation was beautifully executed. Every dish was cooked to perfection, using high-quality ingredients and traditional homemade techniques.
The service was equally impressive--attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The staff made excellent recommendations, ensuring we had the best experience possible.
With generous portions, reasonable prices, and an unforgettable dining experience, this place is a must-visit for Indian food lovers. Can't wait to return! Highly recommend!"
"Quality ingredients and complex flavors. Butter Chicken is good but spicier than most places. If they had a lunch special I would order from here all the time. There's not really a way to get lunch here without getting food for 3+ people. I hope at some point they'll have some offerings for people who work in the neighborhood!"

"Food was Good when eaten, but strange aftertaste...like ' substandard or re-used oil ' in use for frying Masala Vadas...!!!
Coconut Chutney was bland.
Tip: Udupi Palace Across have Authentic Coconut Chutney.
Rava Kesari / Cream of Wheat Pistachio Pudding was Great !!!!
Quite Authentic to my Memory"
"Benne masala Dose was so greasy - oil dripping from the dosa. Seemed like the dosa was deep fried.
Extra Vada (1Pc) was stale
I've tried Idly Express elsewhere and it was decent but clearly food chains in Berkeley have a reputation for charging higher for worse quality of food. Wouldn't order again."

"Our food was perfect; healthy well prepared, generous. It was a lovely dinner. The Chana Masala is really just excellent; Chicken Biryani was exactly what I wanted tonight. Chicken Korma was just fine and warming. Will be ordering or stopping by the restaurant soon. The luncheon specials are amazing."
"I got the Everest Biryani to try all the meat and everything was super flavorful and tender. The rice was fluffy and well seasoned. More than enough food for 2 meals. The medium plus spice had a good kick, but wasn't too spicy. Will be my new spot for biryani."

"Fod is always really good at Sue's. Only reason I gave them a 4 is there were only 4 wings in the Fried Rice w/ Chicken Wings. And for $20 bucks on DoorDash that just seemed exorbitant. PadThai with chicken was also good. Serving size is good. Two dishes served 3 people and we still have leftovers."
"I had the Pho Combo and got it with no spice (as I just had surgery and needed something light and not spicy), and it was DELICIOUS. The broth was flavourful that you don't even need to add hosin sauce, but their hosin is also lovely and different to the usually packet ones.
I got the very spicy Pho Beef for my husband, and he absolutely loved it.
We've finally found a place that sells delicious Pho as I've had so many disappointing experiences with tasteless pho.
From now on, I will be getting mine from here."

"The food tasted good. The Mixed Pickle was a generous portion and tasted great. Butter Chicken was a little thicker gravy than I'm used to, but the flavor was perfect. Medium spicy was good. I took off one star bc they did not include utensils, napkins, or condiments which was a challenge in a hotel room. "
"Delighted the naan arrived in perfect condition. Yum. The chicken tikka masala was spiced as instructed. Alas, the sauce was incredibly watery, which was disappointing (comparedto past orders and other venue's). I do love that rice is included i the price. However, I wont be
ordering it again (at least for delivery). "

"Spice levels were perfect, everything was full of good flavor and seasoning, and the portions size were generous! Great service when I went to pickup. Highly recommend."
"The tiki chaat was covered in yogurt which is not advertised anywhere on their page. It's not mentioned on their website menu either. I scraped off a good chunk of these dishes because I didn't want to deal with an upset stomach from the dairy.
The entrees do not advertise they they do not include rice. Please update all of their entree categories to make this clear. I would have ordered rice if I had known I needed to.
The baingain was way too oily. I generally don't mind some excess oil from
A flavor point of view but this is too much and I ended up throwing it again
The okra and the chaat (aside from the huge pile of yogurt on top) were tasty and I will maybe order from here again if they update their page. Won't order the baingan again. "

"Excellent Chicken Biryani (although it was too spicy for me to finish). The spiciness is hardly the restaurant's fault, and I should have requested a milder level of heat. Nevertheless, the dish was obviouly well-prepared and flavorful with a good amount of boneless chicken for the price. I also enjoyed the Daal and Onion Naan . I loved that my food was still hot when it arrived! I will definitely order from Naan n' Curry again!"
"Chicken Tikka Masala tasted stale and had an unusual smell. The Plain Naan and Garlic Naan were overly thin with lots of holes and burnt, appearing as if someone inexperienced had made them. I ordered last week as well and did not enjoy the meal this time."

"Wow! We've had some pretty subpar Indian on Door Dash and this is by far the best Indian food I've had in a long time! I called to ask if they could make the Aloo Gobi extra spicy and it was perfect. The portions were smaller than expected, but I would much rather have quality over quantity. Will happily be ordering again! "

"I Thought I ordered the butter chicken rice bowl but I got chickpea salad bowl! It was insanely flavorful! Strong delicious flavors. Bowl made 2 meals though it coulda shoulda been 3 or 4 days meals. I had to lick the container clean at the end. The samosa was really good and came w 2 dipping sauces. "Absolutely incredible flavor on the tandoori fish and the wings (5-6) that were also tandoori flavor. "
"The food was very good, especially the Lahori chickpeas and onion naan. I used to visit the now-closed Bismillah in San Pablo and read that this was the same group. It’s not exactly the same, though I preferred the naan and chickpeas here.
The lamb chops were overcooked and missing their rice. The Chicken Tikka Masala sauce was excellent. The medium spice needed more heat. but not enough to warrant ordering spicy. The San Pablo Bismallah doesn't give a choice but it was always perfect for my taste. if I go in and order that may be something I can work out. not their fault. My biggest issue was the yogurt-like coating on the meat, which changed the texture and reduced the tandoori char. I preferred the chicken at the old Bismillah.
The shop is great, with a fresh meat counter, good products, and lovely staff. I’d return, but may order different meat dishes."

"Their ' SAMBHAR ' , South Indian Lentil Soup on the Side is EXQUISITE ' !!! It had quartered squash in there & roasted black mustard seeds !!! All the Chutneys were Gr8 as were the ' Vada ' ( Fried Lentil Donuts ). The ' Curried Potato Filling inside the Dosa / Crepe was good as well, but the Dosa / Savory Crepe could be more ' Brown ' to my liking.

When I opened the box to view my order of Coconut Pad Thai, the temperaturewas perfect and the portion was enough for 3 or 4 people! The heat was just how I ordered it (mild) and there were lots of added veggies. Everything was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the Coconut Pad Thai!"
"The high rating of the restaurant is well-earned.
Pad see ew is a perennial favorite. I've had it before and will gladly eat again.
Today we added a yellow coconut curry and my daughters enjoyed it. It I have any complaint it's that I checked the no-spice box and the curry was defiantly not "no-spice." But such is life.
Finally, portions are generous and the price is reasonable, especially compared with the competition that charges the same prices for 1/2 of the quality and flavor.
Long and short? I love this place."
