The Beef Fried Noodles were a huge mass of mostly bland, rather dry, gummy and greasy noodles, with not a lot of veggies or meat included. Very much not worth the $20 it cost. It was not unlike grocery store Chinese food. Only (slightly) better having been cooked fresh. The dumplings were constructed well. They had a decent flavor, albeit very plain. Mostly sweet and a little salty. But, not much character to them. Other than being made by hand, not really worth $11 for 7 of them. I've actually had more flavorful frozen ones. They may not have been freshly made, but I've had better. Nothing stood out. A little seasoning or veggies with the pork would have helped. And be warned, you have to eat them carefully.
