"I am born and raised in Nevada, and as a Mexican American I'm very critical of Mexican food. After 14 years in the Las Vegas area, I can tell you good, authentic Mexican food is hard to find here, let alone in Henderson. Las Cuatas is now my favorite and the most authentic I've had.
We ordered through DoorDash, and the food showed up hot and fresh. Everything was packed carefully, and they included plenty of salsas, utensils, and extras. Nothing bothers me more than a Mexican restaurant that skimps on salsa or plasticware, so this stood out right away.
One of us got the tamales. You could tell the masa was fresh, and the meat was juicy and tender. Another got the taquitos and loved them. I ordered the al pastor burrito, and wow. 🤯
