TheJerk Chicken was flavorful and had the smoky, grilled jerk chicken taste. It was really good. The rice was meh and I ate some of the cabbage and it was okay. I also ordered Macaroni & Cheese . It wasn't overly cheesy and it lacked seasoning. It wasn't the worst but definitely not in my Top 10. I ate this meal for 3 days and it could have stretched to 4 days. "I'm Haitian, so ik authentic Haitian food. This platter was mid. The plantain wasn't flattened, just big pieces of plantain that weren't flattened, sucks. The pikliz was glorified coleslaw, barely spicy, they must make it the same day. The Griot wasn't bad, nothing special. They give like a small amount of sweet potato. Just disappointed overall, cause it was almost $30 (which is reasonable if the food is good). The marinade & Akra were good, the stars are for the marinade, Akra & griot. Everything else was not it. But I HAVE to talk about the jerk pasta. 🔥 This is honestly the first restaurant outside of a Caribbean restaurant that actually got the amount of jerk seasoning RIGHT!
