"Mexology is at the top of my favorites list! So far, I have had the Spicy Tofu with Market Vegetables Tacos; Feliz Bowl (added tofu); and Spicy Tofu with Market Vegetables Bowl. All were delicious! The spicy tofu is seasoned perfectly, but not spicy hot. In fact I have been pleased that I can get my food with no heat. I can't eat dishes with jalapeno and other hot seasonings, but since I have been eating with no heat, I think hot spices would overwhelm the flavors of the delicious vegetables and tofu. The Mexology selections I have had have an abundance of crispy vegetables, full of flavor. I especially love having vegetables I have never had in Mexican fare combined with the more often used vegetables, all fresh and crispy. The dressing on the side is tasty, but instead of that, I put a bit of balsamic glaze on it, for perfection.
