"Carry out is never as good as when a dish is served in the restaurant. The chicken fajita rollup had good flavor, but was a little on the soggy side from the packaging. It was just OK. I was disappointed in the spinach, artichoke dip because it tasted like the paper bowl that it was packaged in. The chips were not very good either and we're a bit on the stale side. Not sure what would help other than some other kind of packaging, plus the cost of it was expensive and there was only a small amount and not the same size as you receive in the restaurant, it was over $11 for a container that was around 4 x 5" and it held the dip in it as well as the chips. It was a very small amount for the price. It came in a timely manner, and I can say that was very good. Driver was nice and on time. But probably won't door dash from Applebees. It was just ok, not worth the expense."

"I order Perkins a lot because the food is tasty and a good value. Not sure what happened , but they totally dropped the ball on this one. The Turkey Dinner included a slice that was about 3" long and another slice that was about half that size buried under a messy scoop of mashed potatoes; no dressing or cranberry sauce as described. A dinner salad was chosen as a side for the Grilled Pork Chops entrée and a side salad was also part of this order. I got one side salad and one box of the same size that contained a handful of lettuce, nothing else. The pork chops were very fatty, difficult to cut through, and cold. After cutting away the fat, there was probably enough lean to have made up one small boneless chop. The bacon on the Big Bacon BLT looked like microwaved bacon and had an odd smell. The bread was stale and tomatoes were soggy, so the whole thing was tossed out. As far as sides went, the baked potato soup, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy, buttered corn, side salad, chocolate chip cookie, Chocolate Walnut Brownie were all delicious. I was really disappointed in this experience but all others have been wonderful."

"The hot dog was great. I was expecting a thick piece of bologna but it was two thin slices. The chicken strips are decent but highly over priced. I didn't try the burger so I can't say what it was like. I would order the hot dogs again for sure."

"Food was okay. Very different quality than expecting when I have dined in for years. The signature hoagie was missing one of the meats entirely and had no veggies. The amount of meat on all 3 hoagies ordered was lackluster. I had more bread per bite than meat and fillings. I suppose you have to manually add what comes on the hoagies normally when ordering online? Unsure, but the young staff was nice enough during pick up. This was also within the last hour and a half of closing. Maybe it had been a slow day. I won't be ordering online again though. Dining in has always been amazing! I recommend dining in over ordering out on the app; at least until they update the app with how the sandwich should be ordered."
