"The Italian sub sort of fell apart and was sloppy to eat. Toothpicks might have held them together during delivery. I requested extra tomatoes and no pickled peppers and they ignored both. They provided quite a large amount of onion rings, which was nice, but they too fell apart, so I had to cut them apart with scissors to get them under control for eating. I have not ordered from this place often because of the focus on fried food. I end up not ordering more than once a year from them."

I think it was because it was at the end of dinner rush, huge crowd that night. Even though it was packed and busy the manager was kind enough to actually talk with me-looked at the ribs and agreed not to its normal standards. And offered a different entree for same price etc. it's nice that the staff there really cares about the food quality and customer satisfaction.
We also always order (even if not eating dinners) the Mac Balls - tots are amazing!!! Have never been disappointed with the giant pretzel with beer cheese.

"The Polpettes Pasta is definitely the best they have. the pesto one is too pesto-y for my taste but of course still a fine dish. the carbonara is wonderful! but this is just a really good traditional pasta but made right. we always get the Diavola and the Carne Supreme - the pizzas are just incredible. certainly the best around, no comparison. the best part is that these are all made with quality ingredients and I can just tell you that without speaking to the manager/kitchen. If I ate this anywhere else, I would feel very "full," have a stomach ache after and have to call it a night. With 3 Palms, I can eat my heart out and feel perfect like I can go for a run if I wanted to.

"The 3 Palms Salad is our favorite. The greens always fresh and crisp. It is the perfect combination of flavors with the Gorgonzola cheese, the pine nuts, and the dried cranberries. The size is big enough for 2-3 people, but sometimes I eat the entire salad as a meal. I'll be ordering it again!"
